Ahsan Siddiqui is a Certified Public Accountant from Denver, Colorado and a qualified Chartered Accountant from New Delhi, India who is currently pursuing a career in real estate in Mississauga, Canada. Prior to discovering his love for the world of real estate, Ahsan worked in the banking sector in Dubai, Canada, and KSA for nearly three decades.
Ahsan was hired by Bank of Montreal, Toronto in May 2000. Ahsan delivered value and excellence so consistently that he was promoted to the role of Funds Transfer Pricing Manager in just over a year and soon thereafter to the position of Statutory Reporting Manager where he was tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the preparation of financial reports, undertaking analytical reviews, and ensuring that reporting procedures were kept up-to-date.
Ahsan moved to Saudi Arabia in 2007 when he was hired as Assistant Vice President of Finance at Riyad Bank. Leveraging his educational background and demonstrated experience, Ahsan did not only hire and train over 24 staff members, but also helped in reporting and project delivery that helped the bank maximize its reach. Owing to his analytical skills and superior leadership, Ahsan quickly went up the hierarchical ladder and headed the Finance Division at the Riyad Bank for 6 years as Senior Vice President. Being an analytical mind and talented presenter, Ahsan won the Best Investor Relations Award from Saudi Arabia in 2015.
Married with four children, Ahsan returned to Canada in October 2017 and soon registered with OREA to pursue a budding career in real estate. Ahsan enjoys doing voluntary tax returns for underprivileged people under CVITP program of CRA. He likes golfing, playing board games, reading, and traveling to new destinations.
