Double major in Accounting and Economics. Chartered Accountant diploma. After more than 10 years of leading negotiations within the commercial bank abroad and IBM Canada, I decided to step out of the organizational roles and become independent in the field. This allowed me to get to know my clients as I worked more closely with them. My best skills in my work is being a people person and an expert negotiator. I take the time to listen and understand my clients’ needs and wants to a level in which I can almost become an extension of them when I search for their dream property and/or negotiate on their behalf. And while I understand their points of view, I can also serve them better with the advantage of not letting my emotions lead my behavior in the negotiation. These two skills working together allow me to get my clients the best deal for them.
